With a business background under his belt, Alexander Babaev left Russia and came to the US to attend film school in Los Angeles, where he met fellow producer Devin Goodsell by casting him in a short film. After graduating with his MFA, and many short films under his belt Alex decided it was time to take on the challenge of a feature. Teaming with Devin Goodsell they reviewed countless screenplays, but found nothing “good enough” so Alex decided to write his own feature length screen play which led to the creation of “Goetia”. In 2014 Devin founded the production company “Black Drone Media”. The company started looking for interesting projects and at the end of the year found two: The short films “If.” and “Cafe Glass” where Devin became a producer as well as leading actor.
Using the short film experience as a stepping-stone, he has been working hard producing Black Drone Media’s first Feature Film: “Bornless Ones” which is slated for for theatrical and VOD release February 10th 2017. As well as gaining the recent credit of executive producer on “Man Down”. A film directed by Dito Montiel and starring Shia LaBeouf, Kate Mara, and Gary Oldman.
Margaret Judson can be seen regularly on “The Newsroom” (2012), an HBO drama. It’s the brain-child of Academy Award-winner Aaron Sorkin and produced by Scott Rudin, Alan Poul and Greg Mottola.
Margaret was hand-picked by Aaron Sorkin to leave cable news at MSNBC and move into the role of “Tess Westin”.
Mr. Sorkin also invited Ms. Judson to be a member of his writers’ team on “The Newsroom”, as a consultant. (more…)
Michael, a recurring guest-star in MTV’s Teen Wolf, recently starred in Slash, a coming-of-age comedy about a boy who writes erotic fan fiction. He also has a background in voiceover work. His voice can be heard as ‘Mikleo’ in Tales of Zestiria and ‘Zak’ in the upcoming original animated series Zak Storm.
Mark was born in Australia and has been acting since the age of 9. He played the lead role of Eric Dalby in the internationally renowned TV drama Home and Away alongside Chris Hemsworth and Isabel Lucas and was twice nominated for Most Popular Male Talent at the Australian Television Industry “Logie” Awards.
He recently finished shooting his third film in the US, working with Nathan Kress, William Mapother and Ryan Higa.
Bobby T is a model, actress and television host. Born in Londonderry, Northern Ireland and educated in Japan and the US. She began her career in entertainment at the age of fourteen signing with FORD models. She has appeared globally in top fashion campaigns, commercials and editorials.
Bobby appeared regularly as a model on the US television show Deal or No Deal. Also appearing on FOX’s On the Lot television show. She made her theatrical debut in Helen Hunt’s Ride. She continues to work with coach Larry Moss, Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and the Original Comedy Store.
Egor started his career as a photographer, which helped him a lot during his journey to being a cinematographer. 1 year as photojournalist at ITAR TASS, 3 years being official photographer for Marriott Hotels in Moscow, and 3 years as an official photographer for Russian Association of Motorcyclists.
